Since 2016, we haven't heard of Paramount California University what happens to students who were still studying before the closure of the university? What is the level of accreditation bye the US Department of Education? Will the university reopen soon or has its name changed to something else? What about the Management of the University? Hey all, be wary of someone pretending to be from the United States Higher Education Commission (USHEC), legal dept or lawyer or legal affairs or someone pretending to be a attorney calling you with full details of your PCU degree, name, address, contacts, email etc probably because they are PCU guys having your info. They will tell you about US Govt legal action against PCU and that you need to obtain a No Objections cert and pay all kinds of crap fees. Watch out! They are scammers from the same PCU team

Hello , I am also another victim of this fake place, I paid a lot of money as well , but the intention was to continue my education during my cray work schedule, and not intending to buy any degree ! we are all victims and continued because they are well trained to fake others, starting from the edu domain to the phone numbers to the embassies and United states stamps ! how would we know that this was a fake degree? they should b arrested and sent to the justice and our money has to given back. I feel very bad that we got stolen and stabbed in the back while others call it buying degrees..

I enrolled for both a masters degree and a doctorate. They keep calling me back and wanting extra money from me! Each time they say it is the last time that they wil ever ask or need money and that this is the last hurdle I will have to jump in order for my degrees and qualifications to be registered with my state and California. About every six to eight months they call me and want more. I received my degree based on my life experience and work, or so I thought. At this point I have great misgivings about the legitimacy of the University, it's programs and it's employees. So far I have over $19000 invested. There is a specific officer/ counselor I have delt with. Very pushy and abrasive.

IT ALL A FAKE!!!!! I just got a call pretending being from the paramount california university. The guy asked to go on chat and pretended to be named Bruce. I must admit that he was very good at selling the university program and I really was about to apply to the university untill he askes me to pay 300dollars right away. lucky i am, because our local currency does not allow me to pay dollar fees. I guess tunisian students are not concerned by that fraud as they cannot pay ! I say hi to Bruce in case is reading me : ) he even showed me the degree picture! he was really good! take care to that fraud!

Dear all, To whom it may concern My name is Khalid Tawfiq Siam, I was a student in(www.pcu.edu) paramount california university ( student ID 69233) master MBA, I have doubt for university of paramount california about accreditations!? I joint to them on march 2015, after that this PCU university closed under AXACT investigation. Actually they re_opening institution, our counselors inform anyone that is regestered under california state of university (I doubt). So please I want our help that I paid to them 9700 dollars for getting valid degree attested from AMIDEAST purpose I from jordan country as I promised from them but I got fake degree with fake mill accreditation, despite my degree ceertificate attested from US department of state with Jordan embassy in washington DC that I have all emails records with all payments receipts, So I want to our support to help me to how kick and punish this institute PCU for getting valid degree, Please yesterday 1st Nov 16. they requested from me to pay more 3000 dollars (as exaction) for eqivency from california state of university and certified from HEAC organization. PCU: One of the biggest fraudsters in today's US Education System

The funny thing is that no one is doing anything about them. Their legal address is in California state!! Why the Anti-Fraud Police - is not chasing and stopping them?!! Fraud is crime.. That is why they are going mostly after students from the third world, poor students who dream about getting an MBA from the US yet, cannot do much to file legal cases against them. PCU previously reported they were located in Irvine city, California.. Now PCU reps are saying they are located in San Diego, after resuming their scam activities!! They unfortunately keep defrauding more and more new students as noticed in the complaints filed on this very website (PISSED CONSUMER).. Anyone will ever stop them!! The latest complaint was in Nov 2016.. Their declared excuse for being out for over 14 months is obviously not that their board of directors escaped with the money, but rather that they were under heavy storm attack :) , which wiped off all their offices and servers... Paramount California University is not a genuine university.. Be aware and report these scammers to the California Board of Private Education!

All students be careful of a domain (.edu) that fake domain no longer educational website and not accredited in all regional/national agencies in USA and global world. If you want to certain about my words go check on the google search also we have authorization recognition websites as www.chea.org, that you can send an email to them to check the validation degree. I recieved a letter by email from California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), that said paramount california university unaccredited university and out of california border, you can send an email to them who handles the investigations section Ms. Carla. Hello everyone, YES THIS SO CALLED UNIVERSITY (PCU) IS SCAM PLEASE TAKE CARE. Here's my story: I applied to Paramount California University last month, thinking it was an actual, accredited online university. (The "counselors" (Jennifer Scott and David Boyle) sounded too professional, I would never have suspected a thing - which makes sense cuz they need to sound as professional as possible in order to steal anybody's money. I mean they gave me a really good deal and even managed to find me a scholarship seat. I went ahead to paying the "admission fees which was $299, but then as I searched the internet for more reviews, I got worried, as the negative reviews were high. Furthermore, I checked the CHEA (Council for Higher Education Accreditation) and sure enough, PCU was not listed there. The counselors assured me that the university is listed as University of California and that PCU is the online version of University of California (***). Turns out this scam university, among many others, is owned by a Pakistani software company called Axact, that sells fake degrees and theses to foreign students. They called me and said they're willing to help out by offering another scholarship program i could apply to and they kept giving me new offers until this "Jennifer Scott" lady got mad at me and told me she'll blacklist me from this uni as "I willingly gave up my scholarship seat" I was later sent an email confirming that a refund will be made (which I never received), so I went ahead and issued a complain to PayPall for a refund. I am still waiting for the refund.
